Double L Tavern Reviews
This bar was originally under a different name then it closed and recently reopened with a new name. Inside it looks like absolutely nothing was changed. Same large bar area filled with TVs showing sports, pool tables, and a few high tops scattered around. They had a decent crowd on a Saturday night and you could tell it was mostly regulars. The bartenders are super nice and always remember what you're drinking. This is not the place to go if you want fancy craft beer or the best cocktail of your life. It's very much a dive with a friendly group of people and more of a local watering hole. Not a bad spot to kick back, watch the game, and enjoy a cold one.
This tavern is the ideal place to meet with friends for drinks, food and entertainment. It is beautifully furnished. The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is excellent. It is the perfect place for a few drinks and a tasty light meal. Also, watch for the entertainment by bands, dj's and comics for a special evening out.
This neighborhood tavern is a gem! It's a warm and welcoming tavern where strangers and regulars relate in harmony over great spirits. People are friendly and the bar has lively and fun conversations. It's a great place to eat and enjoy a drink. The food is outstanding ... definitely not your typical bar fare. Food selections include seafood far diavolo, meatloaf, chicken piccata and other delectable meals. It's a great place to order takeout as well!!!! I hate to send this review because I want to find a seat here every night of the week!
Returned to Double L Tavern for the 2nd time. Another amazing experience!! Food is freshly prepared and SO delicious!! Portions are generous and no one leaves hungry from this Tavern!! Cocktails are delicious!! I come from Brooklyn and it's definitely worth the trip!! Don't miss out...give it a try & you'll be thanking me!!

This place is amazing. I love the welcoming feeling you get from the bartenders, owners and entire staff. The bar menu is really good but the lunch and dinner specials are amazing. You won't be disappointed.
We love this Place !! My wife and I only come in when SARA Works but we absolutely love the LL Sara makes a fair drink with a smile and always has a quick wit comeback we will keep coming back to see her !!!
Wish I had taken a picture of my yummy sandwich Roast Beef & Mozzarella on garlic hero! Home cooked beef so there's no preservatives! Newly renovated local vibe.
The food is awesome if you're looking for a simple bar menu.. the burgers are amazing which are cooked right outside on the grill .. we also had the grilled cheese with bacon and the BLT are amazing as well.. next time we are trying the chicken parmigiana hero which everyone raved about it.. The owner is very attentive to customers and great crowd all around.. We come here at least 3/4 times a week.. My husband and I both love the atmosphere in this bar..

Great sports bar. Great drinks and amazing staff. Their food bites are splendid too. This place is definitely recommended.
